Pros: Excellent work culture; work-life balance is well maintained.
Strong ethics - genuine effort to keep ethics foremost important.
Transparent deals - employee is informed about many of the deals happening inside.
Cons: Some of the policies are not helping employees but middlemen.
For example, when you are relocated to a foreign country, they won't give the accommodation expenses to the employee, but get an apartment for a huge sum of money.
