Was reached out to by a recruiter, and he made it a very good experience for me. The hiring manager felt my resume stuck out, so I had a direct, one-round, hour-long interview with him.
The interview was very relaxed. We spoke about my experiences and fidelity in general, and how well the company improves people's lives. It made me feel really good about an opportunity to join Fidelity.
