Pros: The people there love coming to work and built an environment where people feel comfortable joking around and having fun, while still being serious and doing a good job when they need to.

Cons: The company is big, so you may need to jump over some hurdles to get logistical things out of the way. The company being big also means your experience can vary, since different business units can feel like different companies altogether.

Pros: Compensation is good. Cutting-edge technology. Work-life balance. Finance industry leadership. Good benefits.

Cons: No cons as such. The company is really good, though there is less onsite opportunity in case you are looking to work out of India.

Pros: Great work culture. Good HR policies. Good salaries for lateral hires as well as for employees. Cab facilities with door pickup and drop. Good management, though recently getting polluted after hiring managers from service companies. IJP policies are good. Wonderful celebrations of any tech festivals, Thanksgivings, etc. I really love the lively culture.

Cons: 1. Stagnant in growth, as employee attrition rate is very low. 2. Designations are just on paper. There's no problem in coding even if you are a Team Lead. However, the problem is you will only be coding and will not be assigned any team members to lead. 3. After hiring, managers from service-based companies are groomed to align with Fidelity policies. 4. Career opportunities are very limited. It's very hard to move from one team to another. This isn't because of a lack of support from managers, but because there are hardly any openings to move into.
