Pros: Good transport facility. Able to balance work and life. Good for women employees. Best for those who are looking for a long-term career. No tensions, no work pressures.
Cons: No long-term onsite.
Management doesn't usually support long-term onsite.
They encourage only short-term business trips.
Food is worse.
