Cons: They work you very hard and it never stops.
Be prepared to work nights, weekends, and holiday weekends especially.
Be prepared to be called and paged while on vacation.
Be prepared to be laid off at any time.

Pros: A big company has unlimited resources and a lot of opportunities to switch, not to improve.
Cons: Slow work pace and work movement. Incompetent senior management with an attitude problem because of work experience.
