A very smooth and easy process. The recruiter and interviewers were all nice. It was mostly behavioral with some technical questions. Overall, an amazing company. I am looking forward to not only an internship, but hopefully a long-term career!

Pros: Interns get put to work with the employees and get the full experience of a typical group. Everyone at the company was very open and friendly, and Fidelity seemed to care for employee happiness and work-life balance a lot.

Cons: It felt a bit slow, especially since the internship was remote and everything had to be coordinated with the whole group.
