The first round was a phone interview with the hiring manager.
The second was also a phone interview, but with other developers and a VP.

Pros: Low Stress Hire: A lot right out of college, good for new grads. Some good benefits: student loan payback, EOY bonuses.
Cons: One week a month in office, no exceptions. Do not listen to the employee's voice. Huge company, so slow-moving, outdated technologies.
