Easy interview questions. If you’re joining Fidelity in an entry-level technical role, you’re required to go through the lesson program, which builds a lot of business knowledge and technical training over the course of 5 months.
Lateral movements felt very difficult. It felt as if whatever business unit you were assigned to would be your permanent home. I’m sure things have changed since my time there.
