Great place to work. No one tracks your login hours. Really nice and friendly people to work with.
Not everyone gets into the visibility. The one who shows up and markets gets everything, whether you do or not.
Not much to entertain. They have removed the two TT tables which were there, and only one carrom board is left for the entire office.
Company is doing a lot of cost-cutting.
Do look into the associate who doesn't market. They may be performing much better, but management is not aware.
