Some leg-pulling guys are always there who try to show they are the only ones who know everything. They have an attitude problem and zero ethics. Please ignore them; they could be anywhere.
Those with such nonsense attitudes should go through some process to improve their behavior with teammates and should be demoted if such behavior is observed even after many warnings and feedback.
