Pros

Overall satisfaction rate for all my batchmates was good.

Cons

Focus on freshers is not there. Freshers should be given newer technologies and help should be provided to them so that they become an asset to the IT industry. HR should pitch in more to see if freshers are given the right opportunities or not. HR should talk to each fresher individually to understand his/her interest. The worst part is most of us in our batch were put in areas where they didn't like to work, but as it was our first company, no one objected because of obvious reasons.

Advice to Management

Focus on Freshers. You are making the future right there, so focus on freshers should and must be essential.
