- Good training program for fresh graduates called LEAP.
- The training management team is awesome.
- The placement coordinators within the organization are not good at putting the right talent in the right team.
- Veteran developers on the team are completely outdated.
- There is not a lot of scope for working with cutting-edge technologies.
- Strict management.
We need to figure out an individual's potential and tap it in the right fashion. Otherwise, people will start making a move.
