SALARY is poor; we're literally underpaid. All our competitor companies, who make less profit than us, are paying a handsome amount. Too many meetings in the name of Agile. The work and the people are BORING! No fun stuff like dance or parties, team outings. Too many domain-related jargon; it'll take a year to get accustomed.
