Since Fidelity is so large, a few of my coworkers have had very different experiences. Unfortunately, some people get put on projects where there is not enough work to go around, or where the work they do doesn't feel meaningful.
Fortunately, Fidelity prides itself on its internal mobility. If you are ready to try something new, you can always speak to your manager, and they will help you move around.
If you have an employee who works under you and isn't being fully utilized, please work with them to help them move internally and find something that works better for them.
