Mediocre developers. Low pay and hard to move up.
Work is not challenging; lots of functional web apps.
HR is corrupted. My coworker and I have encountered very rude, disrespecting scrum masters or managers, but HR did not do anything.
Demotivated and depressed to work here. I am not recognized for tech skills but for networking skills. Also, I was being monitored and micromanaged all the time.
Try to create a good tech environment for talents. Rectify HR and upper-level management issues.
