Free granola bars sometimes in the office. Horray!
Everyone I've worked with has no personality. So much corporate language, no one has any personality. Everything is always "good" and everyone is always "happy." Management is apparently always right and has the best intentions in mind.
Fidelity also sends out surveys about everything but never listens to feedback. For example, they're making everyone go back to work even though no one does (although very few admit it to suck up to management).
Gotta get back that "office culture," right?
Upper management never answers questions in company meetings and instead gives vague, political-like answers.
Pay is low and benefits are VERY average. Other companies offer so, so much.
This place will suck out your soul and personality.
Asked about the four pillars of Object Oriented Programming, previous coding projects, describing full stack development and Application Programming Interfaces, asked to write SQL code and Angular code, and one LeetCode easy-level question.
The interviewer was very relaxed and comforting. She asked me if I was comfortable not having any issues till Day. I replied politely and energetically that I was excited for the interview.
Good! Nice people and a smooth interview. A couple of technical questions and concepts, and a lot about teamwork and projects in school. I did hear back in a couple of weeks with an answer.
