There is no pro working for this company.
You cannot transition from one team to another because you need your manager's approval, which you can't get because of internal politics.
You are given a task that is entirely different from what you were interviewed for.
The pay is very low compared to industry standards.
Micromanagement and condescending behavior from the squad lead to team members.
Overall, it is a terrible place to work.
There is no process for giving feedback.
I regret taking the job.
Stop the politics!
