I still have a job. The company does a good job of investing in newer employees and hosts events to help them feel appreciated. Health benefits are decent, and contributions are as well.
This job is not for you unless you really enjoy being on the phone. It is hard to handle back-to-back calls for hours on end on a regular basis. They have also changed the structure of the way that you work so that you are responsible for far more calls with very little upward movement in pay. Benefits are also slowly shrinking or going away completely.
Talk to your employees. Don't just assume they don't like...
