Hit or miss
The only pros about this company were how it was before 2022. Since then, it has quickly gone downhill.
Terrible management. All of the good ones have left or moved over to new roles because they saw the writing on the wall. The managers left are extremely incompetent and frankly have no right to be in the roles they are. Blatant racism, homophobia, sexism – you name it, really.
Do away with the fluff. You’re paying people to babysit who don’t even know the roles themselves.

It was super easy, just Java classes and a few SQL queries. Just study up on the email they give you about what to prepare for, and you will do completely fine.
