Pros

The Fidelity 401k and profit sharing is fantastic and like no other company.

Turn your savings over to the Fidelity Portfolio Advisory Service and let them work their voodoo. In 20 years, you will have one big fat nest egg.

If your boss likes you, expect to receive large bonuses and shares.

Cons

Remote work is no longer an option after COVID. Fidelity IT pay can be low by most standards, so they are not able to hire and maintain the brightest talent.

Senior IT management really has no idea where the ship is sailing.

Advice to Management

Stop making poor decisions on open-source software and cloud vendors.
