Pros

The benefits package is excellent.

Health insurance, paid time off, and other perks are top-notch.

Competitive pay. Compensation here is above average for the industry.

Great team culture and supportive colleagues. The work environment is respectful and collaborative.

Cons

The return-to-office policy feels misguided. Throughout the pandemic, we were consistently told how productive we were while working remotely. Despite this proven success, the company has now decided that we must return to the office 50% of the time.

This decision feels out of sync with both the data on our productivity and with employee preferences. It feels like a step backward in terms of flexibility and trust.

Advice to Management

Listen to the employees and trust the data. You shared with us during the pandemic that if remote work was effective and productivity remained high, a more flexible policy would keep morale up and help retain talent.
