It started good, but went downhill. The job is only good enough until you move somewhere better.
The management expects miracles with impossible deadlines. They are very unprofessional. The company itself is shady. I don't understand how anyone can trust them with their money.
Listen to the concerns of your employees. Stop expecting them to prioritize their jobs before their family.
