Pros

Good package, with good people around.

Cons

Not a flexible work option.

HR and management are pushing hard to force employees to return to the office. Culturally, it has been spoiled to the core in recent years.

They have internal job postings, but mostly it's an eyewash. You can't jump to a different role or project as they highlight.

Some directors only support the product team/product owners, and there won't be significant growth/promotion for technical people.

They want fancy English-speaking people and don't want hard-working tech people.

Work culture has worsened. Management started to cut remote work options to the core.

The problem is with the leadership mindset that employees who work remotely will not be working as expected (though they had better profits during COVID lockdown).

They had automated vending machines which were free, and now they won't even load many food options in the machines. They started to cut expenses.

Advice to Management

Think about employee welfare and try to be employee friendly.
