There is only politics here, nothing else.
Unless you are a Principal engineer, no one cares about you, your benefits, or your learning. It's as if you don't exist in the company.
I would not recommend it for anyone.
But it's a good place for those who don't like to work, just like to keep whining. And guess what, they will be very well rewarded.
