Great company with very good benefits.
The company is moving towards modernization of its tech stack across all BUs, so there will be work on the latest technologies like AWS and Microsoft Azure.
Flexible work culture, no micromanagement.
Lots of support from team members.
It will be very difficult to maintain visibility for the work you have done, since it's a big organization.
No other cons I can see as of now. I will update after a while if any.
