Pros

Good company policies on paper. Leave policies and benefits are good. Cab facilities are good and flexible.

Cons

Some projects are micro-managed, depending on your manager and the project.

They expect you to do the code development, manual testing, and also UAT of the same code. There is no second team to look into the code, and if anything fails in production, you will be blamed. Only the blame game works.

Outdated technologies are used in most projects. Most people who started their careers with Fidelity will have more business knowledge and will expect you to know every business detail, not just technical skills.

Feedback given to your manager on the portal is visible to them, and they can also see who gave the feedback. You may get targeted because of that.

Some managers may ask you to look for jobs elsewhere, saying you don't have business knowledge and your technical skills are not required.

There will be no growth in the company as many people are in the organization and are experienced in flattering the managers.

The voice of the employee doesn't matter here; only the manager can do what they like. Even the skip-level only hears your manager.

Advice to Management

Hear the voice of the employee also in some of the project; it's suffocating to work.
