- Lot of learning opportunities (Tuesday is a learning day).
- No micromanagement at all.
- Management is supportive of innovation.
- Leaves are very flexible and can be taken easily, like comp-off or sick leave.
- Very supportive of work-life balance.
- Too much focus on innovation and certifications during appraisals.
- Hikes are not as per market standards.
- No salary correction is done.
Focus on innovation and certification is okay, but it should not be the only criteria for appraisals. You should look at how the individual is performing overall.
Please correct the salaries as per market standards.
