Pros

Their infra is good. You can switch projects after 1 year.

Cons

They don't have challenging work.

Top management is making it a service-based organization.

Fidelity India hired too many people during COVID. Now they want to release people, and they are using a lot of cheap tricks like no hikes, giving bad feedback, and many unnecessary meetings. There's a lot of extra work apart from your core activities.

You will do all that work that is not part of your core skills.

Time to deployment is too high; their pipeline implementation is very bad.

There's a lot of teamwork in even small changes, which results in a lot of time spent on management and planning, and less time for actual work.
