  7. There is always a space to learn and grow.
  8. Flexible timing
  9. WFH option
  10. Benefits
Cons
  1. Promotion - You can't get promoted easily here.
  2. No on-site opportunities.
  3. During performance ratings, your manager will compare you with different teammates/squadmates.
  4. They say Tuesday is learning day, but it's actually chapter day or meeting day. Lots of meetings will waste your time.
  5. Your manager will evaluate your performance based on what you did on Tuesday, but not on what you did on other days in your squad/team.
  6. There's no work-life balance if you work on more than one team/squad.
  7. As usual, there's politics and lies regarding performance bonuses.
Advice to Management
  1. Use Tuesday better without a lot of meetings.
  2. Change the process of comparing teammates during performance ratings (because their work and time will be different).
  3. Consider squad work during performance rating discussions.
  4. Try to provide at least short-term on-site opportunities.
