There is no transparency and a lot of lies you can witness with higher management. There is also no WFH, though SEZ allows it until 2023

Pros

Good salary package.

Good, challenging environment.

Cons

Lack of transparency and not friendly with employees. Initially, they said they were going to follow a hybrid model, but later everything changed. They started calling employees to the office, saying SEZ rules made them do so. But now, though SEZ relaxed norms until 2023, the company still wants employees to return to the office. And now HR is announcing it's based on management decision and not on SEZ rules. You can witness lots of jokes and hidden agendas from the management. Overall, though they provide a good package and opportunities, from a management perspective, they will tell a lot of lies, which makes you not to trust the organization.

Advice to Management

Be transparent with the team. Allow employees to do WFH so that they can have some work-life balance. Try to gain some trust from employees.

It is very bad to see HR conducting meetings and announcements without listening to employees' questions. And even if allowed, it's a shame to see that you filter questions before they are visible to everyone in the Zoom chat.
