Pros

Good cab facility. Work from home option. Good package while entering the company.

Cons

Need to put in extra hours of work to attend meetings till midnight on a daily basis.

Discrimination between onshore and offshore employees by management.

Lots of favoritism for employees who are selected by the manager to showcase they have hired the best. They will also provide lots of good opportunities or projects with much scope to those people.

Top management keeps changing every 6 months, and each time people come up with their own expectations and ask us to follow them.

Too many unwanted meetings and you have to spend nearly two to three hours on telephone calls.

Credit for your work will always be taken by the project manager and project lead. It's the opposite when issues come up, and they will squarely blame you to management. You won't be knowing anything until the performance review, and you are denied the opportunity to let management know your point of view.

Advice to Management

Hear what employees are saying. Please don't keep on saying it is our culture.

One of the best companies to work for is only for the US and not for India.
