As is the case with all large organizations, sometimes it's hard to pinpoint the person or group in charge.
Also, be prepared to learn the 'Fidelity' way. It can get a little frustrating to figure out how to build systems/integrations the way Fidelity wants it done.
It took me about six months just to get enough internal knowledge to be really effective.

One small change in onboarding technical folks: provide training on what systems, tools, etc., Fidelity uses so technical folks can become impactful right away.
It was super easy, just Java classes and a few SQL queries. Just study up on the email they give you about what to prepare for, and you will do completely fine.
