Good transport facility. All is good if your manager is good.
You will end up with multiple meetings daily. Most of the calls are after 7 PM India hours. Even if we raise concerns regarding the timings, we will end up working past 8 PM. You'll have 8 hours of work daily, but you will end up working close to 10 hours. There is no work-from-home option going forward. You have to seek permission from HR.
Consider scheduling meetings during India working hours. Please do not push associates to work toward manager's yearly goals.
