Pros

Company has investment products and functionalities.

Investment Banking Brand Name.

Cons
  1. I felt the place was overcrowded. It doesn't have enough space to turn around or move chairs.
  2. Managers are not approachable to discuss any issues.
  3. No respect for contractors.
  4. During recruitment, they don't tell exactly what work they will assign. After onboarding, they gave me work that is no way relevant to my profile.
  5. Less chance to learn anything.
  6. No work-life balance.
  7. No learning from the Agile process. It's just to put pressure only on developers, especially on contractors.
  8. No documentation. It is very tough for newcomers to learn the system and succeed.
