- I felt the place was overcrowded. It doesn't have enough space to turn around or move chairs.
- Managers are not approachable to discuss any issues.
- No respect for contractors.
- During recruitment, they don't tell exactly what work they will assign. After onboarding, they gave me work that is no way relevant to my profile.
- Less chance to learn anything.
- No work-life balance.
- No learning from the Agile process. It's just to put pressure only on developers, especially on contractors.
- No documentation. It is very tough for newcomers to learn the system and succeed.
Try to learn some functionalities, technologies, and management skills, and give respect to others.
