Sometimes Fidelity's past success can be its biggest challenge. There can be some organizational silos and resistance to change and innovation.
There's still a lot of legacy technology and many platforms where release cadence is too slow to be compatible with agile methodology.
There are a lot of annual required trainings that are not relevant to my day-to-day job.
Continue the path toward agility. The ability to have platforms, systems, processes, and people that are able to iterate on creative efforts rapidly is extremely important. One of the Fidelity leadership principles is "Pace over perfection". There's still a lot of "perfection at all costs" in Fidelity's culture.
