Great benefits, employee-friendly, but sometimes overkill with thousands of policies. You may not get monetary benefits, but they may give you back as 401K. Good employer contribution on 401K. Profit Sharing Plan is very attractive.
Technology-wise, a little behind in adapting. Very strong policy-oriented company. Work culture is actually not bad.
