Nice building to work in. Pension plan is great. Most co-workers are nice. Work is usually good enough. Possibility to work from home.
The promotions/bonus system is unfair; it seems like some people can talk their way into a promotion.
Hours are unfair. Some teams clock in 9-5, while other teams are working 50-60 hour weeks.
Salaries are probably lower than average.
People should be rewarded for what they deliver, not because they are on some committee or group. It seems some get rewarded for giving talks rather than doing their jobs.
