I was recommended to Fidelity by a friend of mine who is a current employee. I was contacted by a recruiter who asked me to give my availability for an interview with the engineering manager. The interview was scheduled for a few days later. I was

I attended the interview at the Manyata office. After clearing three technical rounds and two HR rounds, I learned that compensation was an issue. They collected my current salary details during my initial round and I was told it was not a concern.

There were 7 rounds of interview on different days. The manager seemed micromanaging. All questions asked were scenario-based and not relevant. It took 7 weeks to hire for this position.
