Great benefits, bonus, 401k opportunities, etc.
Honest desire by management to continuously improve.
There are... less incredible, not-quite-as-bright people.
The challenges are there because there's a lot of ancient cruft.
You might find higher base pay elsewhere.
Entrenched financial companies are conservative by nature, and bold ideas are hard to shepherd into reality.
