A good company with a good reputation
A very good company with a great reputation. It definitely looks good on a resume. Salaries are not bad as well. They also host good networking events.
Because of the size of the company, if you are not in the "right" group, you are doomed. There are a lot of dead-end jobs you want to stay away from if you have ambitions and you thrive to excel. But, if you are just looking for a dead-end type of job, then just blindly choose any group and you will get it.
Take out a bunch of middle managers. They are useless.
