- Medical insurance which covers parents
- Nothing else that can be lucrative to people who have already worked in any good product-based company.
- No work-life balance.
- Some managers are not worthy of their position; unfortunately, I had to work under one of them.
- Strict shift timing, even in development projects, which adds at least 3-4 extra work hours.
As if they would listen to me
