There was a steep learning curve, but team members are always more than glad to help.
Workload depended on which manager and team you were assigned to. Some interns were always busy with projects, and others sat around most of the time, not being productive.
Management is always respectful and makes you feel like their equal. Not too much to say on that front, but keep doing what you're doing.
