Awesome culture, great policy. Good work-life balance. Management is good. Opportunities are good.
The only con I see here is not providing a competitive salary. Though the market has changed, and other companies were giving market corrections and two hikes in a year, Fidelity falls behind with one-year appraisals and less hikes. This affects the overall CTC of the resource compared to others in the market.
May be two hikes in a year will be good.
An employee won’t have to wait for a year again to get promoted.
Since the management is well aware of the market, it will be good to provide a market correction hike instead of continuing with a low salary.
