The interview went well, but no offer was extended, even though I followed up for a month. They will keep you on hold for so long and will not release the offer. It was a pathetic offer process I went through.

Their background verification is very strict and they need all the documentation, including W-2 forms. Interviews are in two rounds. It is pretty difficult, but the catch here is everybody in that panel is into rejections, not selections.
