If you are joining as a contractor, then your manager will not interact much. If any escalation happens, they will immediately pitch in.
No appreciation or award from the client side for contractor folks.
You need to pay or buy medicine from the medical if contractors are using the on-site clinic.
Job security is less for manual work.
Implementing latest technologies/processes six months once for the 20-year-old legacy apps.
Give some respect to the contractors. They are also working in big MNCs and working here only for the project demand.
