My work feels valued. There are ample opportunities for growth and learning. The work is very fast-paced and value-driven. The team culture is amazing. Management is very supportive, and I feel well-compensated.
Very conservative company, thus most things take forever to change, if at all. Culture of overworking, but it has gotten better in recent years. Tech debt is hard to manage, and innovative solutions take a lot of time to prioritize.

It was super easy, just Java classes and a few SQL queries. Just study up on the email they give you about what to prepare for, and you will do completely fine.
