I have been employed for around 1.8 years here. It's a great place to work, very flexible and friendly.
As in any place, work culture will depend a lot upon your manager, but generally I observed the company to have a good working culture across teams.
Layoffs are not something unheard of. But I believe they are something inevitable at any big company.
Great job in taking care of employees.
