Senior Management forcing through backward changes
My team is great and I really enjoy the work I do.
Despite being hired as a remote worker at the beginning of COVID, I am now being forced to attend the office for 5 days every 4 weeks. There is no choice regarding the days or which office. The office is over 200k away. Before, Fidelity allowed you to work for up to 20 days from other countries that had a Fidelity office. That was taken away with immediate effect.
Don't be so dismissive of the questions at the town hall meeting about being forced back to the office or no longer being allowed to work from different locations. You are messing with people's lives here.
