The CAPE Ireland team encourages employees to share their knowledge by presenting on public Confluence, even if they are not familiar with certain technologies or haven't used them directly. It's acceptable to use online resources to prepare these presentations. However, managers tend to use these presentations as a metric to promote individuals with whom they have good relationships, often overlooking those who are focused on delivering customer value.
