Cons

Due to capacity, no parking is available for associates. We have to park on grass patches throughout the campus and spend 20-30 minutes just finding a spot.

On certain days, the cafe runs out of food. The worst part is finding a desk. It’s impossible to find a place close to your teammates. Your team members will be on different floors and in different buildings.

But you still have to come into the office every day and live through this hell. We come into the office to do Zoom meetings because we can’t sit next to teammates due to capacity issues. Their campuses are cramped for space. It’s more like a bustling fish market in an Asian capital city.

Managers threaten to cancel bonuses and promotions if we don’t accept this situation.

Managers are happy with this as well, because they want to downsize the company, and every manager is looking for an excuse to fire people.

They lure people in with bonuses but use bonuses as a blackmailing tool. If you don’t do this, we will take this percent off your bonus. If you don’t do that, we will take this percent off your bonus.
